[regarding Blair County - Bridge over Mill Run on State Route 36]
The owner gave Clearwater an exceptional 87.54 out of 100 rating on this project.
Clearwater is a very good bridge building company and the final products that they produce show that quality does matter to the company. They made every effort to avoid a large delay cost due to the Verizon strike. They worked very well with the Verizon subcontractors and aided them to keep the project moving forward. The superintendent was great to work with and is extremely dedicated to provided quality on time work. The effort placed to open this project on time was tremendous. Thanks for a great project!PennDOT District 9,
