GARY T. GORSKI | Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gorski founded Clearwater Construction in 2003 and continues to lead the company as Chief Executive Ofﬁcer. Under Mr. Gorski’s leadership, Clearwater Construction has experienced steady growth, proﬁtability and repeat business as a result of providing the highest quality construction services. Throughout his 40-year career as a business owner, director and superintendent in the construction industry, he is responsible the completion of over 650 bridges and revenue exceeding over $1.2 Billion.
BRIAN T. GORSKI | Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gorski brings a fascinating background of technical, financial, engineering, and field experience to Clearwater Construction. Joining the company in 2020, yet being intimately familiar with the business's operations since its inception, Brian serves as the company's Chief Financial Officer and holds a Professional Engineering Certification and a BS in Mining Engineering. Some of his responsibilities include managing day to day tactical and long-term strategic activities within the business and evaluating the financial performance of the organization with regard to operational goals, construction budgets and market forecasts.
ADAM ZERNICK | Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Zernick has been a member of the Clearwater Construction team since 2010 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Operating Ofﬁcer. Part of his responsibilities include the oversight of the company’s project management team and the coordination of resources for their representative projects. He is also responsible for preparing estimates, establishing project budgets, equipment utilization, approval of material purchases and subcontracts, as well as providing advice and council to Project Managers. Prior to being promoted to COO, Adam served as Senior VP of Operations and Project Manager on many of Clearwater's bridge rehabilitation/replacement projects and geotechnical drilling projects throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
DAVE COCHRAN | President
Mr. Cochran brings 40 years of experience in the construction industry in both the public and private sectors. He has served as the President of Clearwater Construction since the company’s inception in 2003, and boasts an average of 250 employees during peak construction season. Areas of expertise include construction management, customer relations, ﬁnancial planning and reporting, and creating a healthy bottom line.
ROGER DRAKE | VP, Business Development
Serving as the Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Drake is responsible for the diversiﬁcation of Clearwater Construction’s business portfolio, including the successful introduction into the oil and gas industry and integration of the following markets: geotechnical construction, paving services and airport construction. With over 38 years of experience, Mr. Drake brings both a depth and breadth of experience within the construction industry having served as a Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager and Regional Manager throughout his diverse career. In addition to his broad range of experience, Mr. Drake has been instrumental in furthering alternative contracting methods by developing P3 project opportunities in multiple States.
