With more than 150 combined years of construction experience and more than $3 billion in projects delivered, our team has the experience to meet our clients' most unique challenges. 

GARY T. GORSKI | Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gorski founded Clearwater Construction in 2003 and continues to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer. Under Mr. Gorski’s leadership, Clearwater Construction has experienced steady growth, profitability and repeat business as a result of providing the highest quality construction services. Throughout his 40-year career as a business owner, director and superintendent in the construction industry, he is responsible the completion of over 650 bridges and revenue exceeding over $1.2 Billion.

DAN CAGLE | Managing Director

Dan currently serves as the Managing Director for Clearwater Construction, and is responsible for assisting with the overall management and direction of the company. An integral part of his role with the company is coordinating and directing all estimating functions including administering operating budgets, implementing all department standards and procedures and is responsible for review of all final estimate packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.  
In addition to his role within the Estimating Department, Dan also leads the Operations of the company in order to strengthen and align all teams while developing and maintaining the best working practices across all departments.

MARK SCHRADER | Chief Financial Officer

Mark currently serves as the CFO for Clearwater Construction and is responsible for the oversight of all financial operations, accounting processes and functions for the company. In addition to the business of Clearwater Construction, he is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and WIP schedules for all affiliated companies and all state DOT Prequalification submittals. He also serves as the IT Manager and is responsible for the 

coordination and maintenance of IT functions, procurement and set-up of new computers, remote help desk support for office and field, and the updating of Company’s network-based software.

DAVE COCHRAN | Secretary

Mr. Cochran brings 40 years of experience in the construction industry in both the public and private sectors. He has served as the President of Clearwater Construction since the company’s inception in 2003, and boasts an average of 250 employees during peak construction season. Areas of expertise include construction management, customer relations, financial planning and reporting, and creating a healthy bottom line.
